CNC Press Brake Bending
CNC press brake bending is the most precise method of shaping metal parts after laser cutting. We create box profiles, U channels, L profiles and more complex geometries by bending metal sheets at specific angles. Every bending operation is performed with our CNC controlled presses; this way there is no difference between the first and thousandth part.
Why Choose Us?
30°–180° Bending Angle
We precisely produce every geometry from narrow angles to wide bends.
Repeatable Precision
Thanks to our CNC controlled systems, every part is produced with the same precision. No tolerance deviation even in mass production.
V / Box / Radius Bending
We apply the bending type your project requires. Including box profile, U channel, Z bend and special forms.
Integrated with Laser Cutting
We perform laser cutting and press brake bending under one roof. This eliminates intermediate transportation and time loss.
Process & Quality
How Do We Work?
Our bending process is programmed according to angle, dimension and tolerance information in the technical drawing. Die selection is made according to material thickness and type, and after the first part is produced and inspected, mass production begins. Since we work integrated with our laser cutting service, we can complete cutting and bending operations in a single order at a single facility.
Our Quality Approach
Press brake bending quality is measured by bending angle accuracy, surface scratch prevention and dimensional consistency. We meticulously control all three criteria. We can perform bending under protective film especially to prevent scratches and marks on visible surfaces.

Advantage of Subcontract Service
The biggest advantage of having your laser cutting and press brake bending done at the same company is time and cost savings. Your parts are not transported from one workshop to another, there is no communication confusion, responsibility is concentrated at a single point. Send your drawing, and receive your parts with cutting and bending completed.
